Are your products real gold?

Our Gold pieces are plated in 18k Gold or 18k Rose Gold. The base is made from 316L stainless steel, unless otherwise stated on our product pages. Our stainless steel based jewelry is tarnish and water resistant. Our items are hypoallergenic and made to live everyday life in. They will never fade, rust, tarnish, or turn your skin green. 

 

How long will my items take to ship?

Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know the status of your order.

** Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order, resulting in varied processing times. The best way to find out the expected delivery date of one of our pieces is to check on the individual product page to find it’s Shipping Estimate*. 

** Custom designs take 3-5 weeks to produce and ship.

All of our custom items are made with care at time of order.

Can I shower and swim in my jewelry?

Yes, our jewelry is 18k gold plating over premium stainless steel. Our pieces are water, sweat and tarnish resistant.

 

Can I make changes to my personalized piece?

Changes cannot be made on personalized pieces as they are made to order, all custom and personalized pieces are Final Sale. Please make sure you double check your personalized order before placing it as it is Final Sale.

 

Can I return my jewelry?

We are 100% dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for both our products and your customer experience. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, you can reach out to us at customercare@ruthheryreed.com to start your return process.

 

What should I do if my item(s) is delivered damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@ruthhenryreed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
