Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know the status of your order!

** Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order, resulting in varied processing times. The best way to find out the expected delivery date of one of our pieces is to check on the individual product page to find it’s Shipping Estimate*. 

** Custom designs take 3-5 weeks to produce and ship.
All of our custom items are made with care at time of order.

SHIPPING

Ruth Henry Reed always offers Free Shipping in the United States and FREE International Shipping when you spend $100 or more before taxes and shipping. Currently we ship internationally to Australia, Colombia, France, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, Israel, Italy, Brazil, New Zealand and Sweden. If we are not shipping to your Country and you are interested in ordering from us please let us know, Email us at customercare@ruthhenryreed.com.

 Multiple Items - If your order contains multiple items, we will send each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times. You can expect to receive an email with tracking information for each package as it ships.

 Once created, your item(s) are passed over to our shipping partners, who have the following estimated shipping times based on your chosen method:

  • Standard Shipping (Free if over $100): 4-7 business days from shipping date
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) from shipping date

Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

Lost Packages

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. Packages lost by USPS/UPS will be replaced exactly as the original order. No full refunds will be provided. We ask that you wait 3 days after the tracking says it was delivered as sometimes it gets mis delivered to a neighbor and they may bring it to you. If the package is indeed lost and you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email customercare@ruthhenryreed.com and we’ll get it resolved.

Wrong address provided upon Checkout - In this case, the customer would have to place a new order. No Refunds or Reships will be provided for the wrong input of addresses.
